ELOY CITY CODE

City Ordinances are recorded and filed at the City Clerk's office.  If you wish to obtain a hard copy of an Ordinance or Resolution, please fill out the Public Records Request Form - CLICK HERE.  Please return the completed Public Records Request Form to the City Clerk's Department. 

There will be a .15 cent per page fee when obtaining copies of the documents.  Please consult the appropriate city office to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
