Mission
Statement
The mission of the Office of the City Clerk
is to provide exceptional customer service to the citizens
of Eloy and our surrounding areas. The City Clerk's
Department is located at Eloy City Hall. The department
consists of the City Clerk, Human Resources, City Council,
Mayor’s Office, and Administrative Services.
The Clerk's Department keeps records of the
following:
Elections
City elections are held every two years and
are conducted by the City Clerk’s department. The Mayor and
Members of the
City Council are elected by the qualified
electors of the City of Eloy. The Mayor serves a term of two
years, and Council Members serves a term of four years. For

Council Meetings
Eloy City Council
meets every 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
in the Council Chambers located at 628 North Main Street.

Anyone who wish to have an item place on a future City
Council meeting agenda, please contact the City Clerk’s
office.
If you wish to appear before Council, you can do so by
signing in before each Council Meeting.
If you wish to have a fee waived for a certain city facility
or would like a donation of funds for a sponsorship or an
organization, you would need to appear before Council. A
formal letter on letterhead would need to be submitted to
the City Clerk. A form will be given to you at the time of
submission/request, please complete it in its entirety and
return to the City Clerk.
Public Records Request
EAll requests for public records
must be submitted in writing. Please download the
Public Records Request Form, fill out and sign, and then
return to the City Clerk's Office.
